Tiny House, Big Adventure! Experience a Tiny House Rental in Hocking Hills

Updated: May 17, 2021

Hocking Hills State Park truly holds up to its nickname of Ohio's Scenic Wonderland for a good reason. It's full of lush scenery, waterfalls, streams, and unbelievable rock formations that will leave you in awe. It's located in Southeastern, Ohio about 2.5hrs away from Cincinnati and 1hr away from Columbus. This beautiful state park has become one of my favorite places for a little getaway!

I would like to start out by thanking Hocking Hills Tiny Houses for being an outstanding host, and as always all opinions are my own.

The Trillium Tiny House

Nestled in a campground and right next to Lake Logan, you'll find the Trillium Tiny House. The outside is so inviting with warm glowing string lights hanging over the deck and comfortable chairs to relax in. A picnic table and large fire pit are also at this site for you to use!

Stay in this tiny House located next to Lake Logan for a unique Hocking Hills experience!

The Kitchen & Bar

The kitchen area is really impressive. It includes all the cooking basics you'd ever need for a little getaway (silverware, glasses, wine glasses, plates, pots, and pans). It also has a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, electric stovetop, toaster, and coffee maker. They even had spices available for use! You can look right out at Lake Logan through the window while cooking a delicious meal!

Across from the kitchen is a bar with chairs you can sit at to eat. To the right is the cutest coffee bar with complimentary coffee and a Keurig. You'll find the sugar and powdered creamer in the cabinet underneath!

The color scheme and decor really made it feel airy and inviting!

I loved all the sunlight coming through!

Seating area & Extra Bed

The seating area is so cozy, with window views all around. It really is the perfect place to read a book or enjoy a cup of coffee. It has storage underneath, or you can use it to transform it into a king-size bed!

I loved the views of the lake from this window!

Seating area that easily transforms into a bed!

The bathroom

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, but be mindful of how much water you use because the tank can run out! The owner does live down the street and can be over to fill it if needed! The toilet is a composting toilet, so make sure you read and follow the instructions on how to use it!

The loft

The loft upstairs is so cozy! I honestly thought I would feel cramped, but I had no issues at all! It was a lot taller and roomier than I expected it to be!

The bed was so comfortable and the fairy lights made it so cozy!

I loved waking up to this view!

The outdoors

Don't forget to watch the sunset over Lake Logan! The sun rays coming through the trees are pure magic!

Location, location, location!

I absolutely loved the location of this tiny house! You still feel close to nature, but you're also within walking distance to Brewery 33 and restaurants! It's also just a short drive from the local grocery store and gas station!
